Our program supports over 4,000 children, 6,000 women, 3500 Youth and covers in area of rural/urban AWARD Trust covers seven major areas of assistance: health, sanitation, nutrition, early childhood programs, women and children, vocational trainings and poverty alleviation.
AWARD foresees, a society where people will have good health, wealth, equal rights, and access to protected water and sanitation and integrated development of rural community without any gender discrimination.
Action for Welfare and Awakening in Rural Development” (AWARD) is a Registered under public charitable Trust in the year 2000 and approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Government of India based Non Governmental voluntary Non-profit social service organization working towards the development and upliftment of down trodden and marginalized people based on twin aims of “Welfare and Awakening” with the vision of “Sustainable Health and Wealth for All”.
It has been working for the empowerment of women, Youth and children among the most marginalized of the marginalized communities in four blocks of Cuddalore District, Tamilnadu, India.
